Cancellation Policy
If you book more than 14 days in advance, you only pay 50% now — the remaining balance will be charged automatically 14 days before the date. Bookings made within 14 days of the experience require full payment at the time of booking.
Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the experience date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations made within the 14 days leading up to the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable.
