These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to the booking and purchase of services provided by Atelier Solo.

By making a booking or purchase through this website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability and are only considered confirmed once the applicable booking and payment process has been completed.

The prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of booking and, where applicable, include VAT.

Payments are processed through secure payment service providers. Atelier Solo does not store full payment card details.

2. Service Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all information, descriptions, prices and schedules displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

However, minor changes or adjustments may occasionally be necessary in order to deliver an experience, workshop or event.

3. Cancellations and Changes

The specific cancellation, change and refund conditions applicable to each service will be displayed at the time of booking and/or on the relevant booking page.

Where no specific conditions are stated, requests for changes or cancellations should be made in writing to info@solo.ptand will be considered according to the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Participation in Experiences

Participants are expected to follow the instructions provided by the Atelier Solo team and to behave appropriately and safely during experiences, workshops and events.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue the participation of any person whose behaviour puts the safety or well-being of others at risk, without prejudice to any rights provided by law.

5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Customers should inform us at the time of booking, or as early as possible, of any relevant allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements.

Although we make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces or cross-contamination of particular ingredients.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, photographs, images, logos, graphics and other materials, belongs to Atelier Solo or is used with permission and may not be reproduced or used without prior authorisation.

7. Liability

Atelier Solo shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights.
