Ao nível pedagógico, as formações organizadas pelo Solo caracterizam-se por um método de aprendizagem essencialmente prático, no qual todos os participantes absorvem os princípios e fundamentos da Macrobiótica preparando, confecionando e experimentando as técnicas da cozinha de base vegetal.

Through the various cooking modules, participants are given the opportunity to learn how to choose and cook balanced, seasonal meals suitable for each person and their individual condition, in an approach that promotes physical, mental and spiritual health.

The courses are composed of various levels of learning and are aimed at all audiences. It can serve as a gateway for those who have never had contact with this way of life or else enable a deepening of techniques and knowledge for those who are already familiar with this practice.
